IS could smuggle mustard gas to Europe: report
The Islamic State (IS) terror group is in possession of deadly mustard gas stockpiles and could smuggle it out of Syria to target Europe, according to a media report.
The IS is behind a spate of mustard gas attacks in Syria and may have enough of the killer substance to slaughter tens of thousands, The Daily Mirror reported.
The network may have access to 20 tonnes of the evil weapon and could smuggle it out of Syria and into Europe, a leading expert in chemical warfare has warned.
“Evidence points to the IS behind the attacks and there could be more. There is evidence they used mustard gas, either stolen by IS from [Syrian President Bashar] Assad or — and this is a real game-changer — IS made it themselves,” Col (retd.) Hamish de Bretton-Gordon said.
“This is horrific and the West must act to stop IS now because the threat from them just became much greater and they could take huge areas they have not conquered before,” he told the daily.
Recipe on the ‘dark web’
He warned that ISIS could smuggle mustard gas to attack Europe after finding a recipe on the ‘dark web’ — the murky and secretive area of the Internet used by crooks.
“It is not easy to make mustard gas but it is possible and a lone wolf could get the information off the Internet and dark web. If you tried to buy the precursors in the U.K. or U.S. you would most likely be picked up,” Col. Bretton-Gordon said.
‘It is imminent’
“Could IS move mustard gas out of the Syria/Iraq theatre of war? That is the real issue I expect,” he said.
Scores have died from chemical attacks in both Syria and Iraq in recent weeks and at the weekend IS launched another suspected mustard gas attack.
Col de Bretton-Gordon, who advises NGOs throughout Syria and elsewhere in the world, said, “The West is running out of time to do something about IS. We must act now.”

British newlyweds found dead in Cambodian seaside town
A British couple has died in what appears to be a double suicide, less than a week after tying the knot in Cambodia.
The bodies of Robert Wells, 36, from Sunderland, and his wife, Imogen Goldie, 28, from south London, were found at a guesthouse in the seaside resort town of Sihanoukville on New Year's Day, The Guardian reported.
The apparent double suicide was believed to have taken place on New Year's Eve, Goldie's birthday.
Wells and Sunderland had been married just days earlier on Christmas Day, Wells' mother Collette Wells told The Guardian.
"They were on holiday and he rang me on Boxing Day to tell me they were married on one of the Cambodian islands," she said.
"He told me he loved her so very much, she meant the world to him and he would do anything for her. Unfortunately that was the last I heard."
The pair met in 2014 and in 2016 decided to go travelling "until the money ran out".
Collette Wells said Cambodian officials did not contact her with news of her son's death. She received confirmation through the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Local police told media investigations were continuing.
"We are convinced this is not murder, despite many people asking questions how these deaths were possible," Sihanoukville deputy police chief Colonel Bour Sothy said.
Cambodian media reported that an alleged suicide note, which referred to mental health struggles and referred to failings by the UK's National Health Service, was found in the guesthouse.
Collette Wells set up a crowdfunding page to raise money to get to Cambodia.
"I am desperate to get out there to cremate him and bring his ashes home," she wrote.
The page, which had a target of £3,000 (NZ$5,320), had so far raised almost £4,000.
Pixie Jones wrote on the page: "Im so sorry x your son was a beautiful caring and genuine individual xxx stars will shine for him always xxx [sic]."
Goldie's mother Diane Goldie set up a similar page to raise money for her and her youngest daughter to travel to Cambodia.
"After the tragic news that my daughter was found dead on her 28th birthday by suicide in Cambodia, I'm looking to raise the funds quickly to help raise airfare to take her sister there to cremate her and bring her ashes home," she wrote.
"This cruel system failed both my daughter and her husband, Robert , leaving them to find solutions to their mental health issues by their own hands . Will you help me bring my baby back home please?"
She had also exceeded her target of £5,000.
Laura Lola High wrote on the page: "I am thankful your daughter was in my life, I didn't know her well, but we were very close for a short period of time, she made some of my darker days much brighter. Xxx"
Wells said she was devastated to have not even seen a photograph of her son's wedding, although the couple shared an image of their intertwined hands with matching tattoos on their ring fingers.
Friends of the couple left tributes on social media.
The pair had already changed their names on Facebook to Imogen Goldie-Wells and Robert Goldie-Wells, respectively.

Revealed: 'Lolita' isn't just a classic novel; Nabokov's story of sick lust really happened
Vladimir Nabokov's novel is a totem in modern literature, an unflinching look at a monster who has been able to hide behind his education and manners. But it's also more than a classic of 20th century literature. Writer and editor Sarah Weinman has published a long, powerful piece of historical reportage about the largely unknown real story that inspired Nabokov's tale.
11-year-old Sally Horner entered a Camden, N.J., Woolworth's more than 60 years with the intention of stealing a 5-cent notepad. She was 11 years old and the thievery was her initiation into a girl's club. Instead, it would prove another, far more sinister initiation. "On the afternoon of June 13, 1948, she had no idea a simple act of shoplifting would destroy her life," Weinman writes in Hazlitt, an online magazine owned by Penguin Random House.
A middle-aged man wearing a suit and a fedora stopped Sally as she left the store. "I am an FBI agent," he told her. "And you are under arrest."
The man, Frank La Salle, was not a G-man. He was an ex-con and sometime mechanic. And a pedophile. He would kidnap Horner, telling her she had to accompany him to Atlantic City to avoid going to prison for shoplifting. Over the next year-plus they would cross the country, ending up in California. Throughout, he forced himself on her sexually while pretending to be her father. "That five-cent notebook didn't just alter Sally Horner's own life, though," Weinman writes. "It reverberated throughout the culture, and in the process, irrevocably changed the course of 20th-century literature."
Horner's tragic story hit the country's newspapers in 1950. Five years later, Nabokov's novel about charming Humbert Humbert and 12-year-old Dolores Haze (a.k.a., Lolita), his sexual obsession, began to arrive in bookstores. Nabokov, having had his manuscript rejected by multiple prosecution-fearful publishers, loathed being asked to explain "Lolita." Which was fine. Plenty of literary critics were willing to explain it for him, rightly or wrongly.
Elizabeth Janeway, reviewing the book for the New York Times in 1958, called it "one of the funniest and one of the saddest books" she'd ever read. The Atlantic magazine, also in 1958, wrote that "there is not a single obscene term in 'Lolita,' and aficionados of erotica are likely to find it a dud."
This was true enough as far it went. Aficionados of horror, however, would be enthralled. The language isn't obscene when compared to a pornographic text, but it certainly is when the reader remembers that the narrator is a middle-aged man mooning over a 12-year-old girl. Then Humbert's "gagged" discomfort as her "legs twitched a little as they lay across my live lap," will make you want to gag yourself. Writes Nabokov:
I stroked them; there she lolled on in the right-hand corner, almost asprawl, Lola, the bobby-soxer, devouring her immemorial fruit, singing through its juice, losing her slipper, rubbing the heel of her slipperless foot in its sloppy anklet...
On and on it goes, until Humbert Humbert sees himself -- just maybe, just for a moment -- as he really is, forcing him to let out "the last throb of the longest ecstasy man or monster had ever known."
"I want my learned readers to participate in the scene I am about to replay," Humbert tells his audience. And we do, such is the beauty and power of Nabokov's prose. We sink luxuriously into Humbert's perversity; we even -- dear God -- understand Humbert's lust, his need.
The New York Times' Janeway believed that was the point, "to underline the essential, inefficient, painstaking and pain-giving selfishness of all passion, all greed -- of all urges, whatever they may be, that insist on being satisfied without regard to the effect their satisfaction has upon the outside world. Humbert is all of us."
And so Frank La Salle, the real-life monster who defiled Sally Horner, must be all of us as well, even though he had none of the sophistication of his fictional alter ego. Nabokov saved newspaper clippings about the case, which he scribbled detailed notes on, but his debt to the defining experience in Horner's life -- and perhaps the defining experience in La Salle's life as well -- remains largely unknown to the reading public. A 2005 Times Literary Supplement essay pointed out that Horner's story "reads as a rough outline for the second part of 'Lolita.'" A biography of Nabokov mentions Horner in passing. But the real little girl has never really surfaced. Weinman isn't surprised:
"Packed as 'Lolita' is with countless other allusions, leitmotifs, and nested meanings, excavating a real-life case wasn't top priority for Nabokov scholars. Sally's plight was written up extensively in local newspapers at the time, but the New York Times never bothered, and eventually, even the hometown media (in Camden, N.J.) forgot about the case."
Maybe it's just as well. Lolita -- Dolores -- has a short-lived victory of sorts in the novel, escaping Humbert and thus sending her abuser into an emotional free-fall. They inevitably meet up again, and this time Dolores, though poor and pregnant, has the upper hand. "She is now an entirely different person," writes Janeway in the New York Times review, "a triumph for the vital force that has managed to make a life out of the rubble that Humbert's passion created, and the monster's mindless activity merely confirmed."
Horner never had an equivalent triumph. She would eventually break away from her abuser and be reunited with her family, but she had trouble adjusting. Weinman points out that decades before the Elizabeth Smart and Jaycee Dugard cases, there was little understanding of the mental state of kidnapped adolescents. Newspaper readers at the time surely wondered why Sally didn't escape earlier: after all, she even went to school during her time with La Salle. "Whatever Sally has done I can forgive her," Horner's mother apparently told a UPI reporter.
Weinman expertly lays out Horner's reentry into "normal" life. Sally had to officially state that La Salle was not her father, which he insisted he was. "My real daddy died when I was six and I remember what he looks like. I never saw this man before that day at the dime store," she said. La Salle was convicted and sent back to prison, but ultimately this did not mean much to Sally Horner. She had been irrevocably damaged. She would come to a tragic end not long after La Salle's conviction -- until being reborn, just a couple of years later, in Nabokov's novel. Ever since she has been a "girl immortalized, and forever trapped," by Nabokov's brilliance -- and her own bad luck.

Botox can cure erectile dysfunction, say experts
The Asian Age
There are many men that have to deal with erectile dysfunction and a dissatisfied sex life and disappointed partner. While there are many tips that doctors give to improve the situation it may not always work. Two Canadian urologists however have found the solution to the problem and they found that botox can improve sex lives of men suffering from the problem.
According to a report in the National Post, the Canadian urologists believe that injecting botox can help cure erectile dysfunction. The botulinum toxin injections can increase blood flow to the penis and paralyse the nerves that help the smooth muscles contract in the penis. The treatment would mostly last six months for anybody who would be interested in the injection.
The injection created by Dr. Sidney Radomski and Dr. Gerald Brock is yet in testing but can be a “game changer” for Erectile Dysfunction. The injection which has been previously used to treat wrinkles can cure most men with impotence in the process and help them have a better sex life. Interestingly, the drugs also do not have any side-effects like previously used methods so it will be a safer option.

‘Sexxpot’: Marijuana designed specifically for female pleasure
Is marijuana like herbal Viagra for women?
The aphrodisiac effects of the indica marijuana strain Mr. Nice have led some to dub it the “herbal Viagra for women.”
Sexxpot founder Karyn Wagner discovered the strain maximized her sexual pleasure and decided to develop the strain for retail sales, as reported by The Cut.
Sexxpot is a low-THC marijuana strain derived from the Mr. Nice strain, and it’s packaged and sold as “aphrodisiac weed” for women.
Sexxpot isn’t the only cannabis product claiming to increase sexual pleasure these days. A number of cannabis-based oils, sprays and sexual lubricants are also marketed specifically as female pleasure enhancers.
The California-based makers of a cannabis-infused lubricant called Foria point out that cannabis is one of the oldest known aphrodisiacs and that THC mimics a neurotransmitter called anandamide, which is responsible for producing feelings of euphoria and arousal, as reported by East Bay Express.
Bachelor, 37, has his PENIS trapped inside a wrench for 17 hours before being freed by dentists using a drill (because rescuers were unable to remove the tool)
A Chinese man had his penis freed from a tiny wrench last week after getting it stuck for nearly a day.
The 37-year-old, unnamed, was sent to hospital in eastern China's Zhejiang Province, after his trapped penis had swollen and turned purple.
Doctors and firefighters, who failed to free the man, had to call in dentists to help remove the wrench using a dental drill.
According to Huanqiu.com, an affiliation to People's Daily China, the man is a bachelor and lives in Linhai city.
He reportedly got his genitals trapped in the metal tool and was sent to the Taizhou Hospital at 9:30pm on June 2. It remains unclear why the man's penis had been stuck.
Doctors suggested that the man should undergo a surgical operation to reduce the blood flow in his penis before they could remove the tool.
It's said that the doctors tried to contact the man's parents to gain their approval for the surgery. His parents agreed to the operation, but failed to show up in the hospital to sign the consent.
As a result, the doctors had to call the Linhai Fire Brigade for help.
The firefighters arrived and brought an angle grinder.
However, the firefighters said they couldn't use the grinder. They explained that the heat generated from the grinder could pose danger to the patient.
One doctor suggested that they should find a dentist to help resolve the issue. The doctor said she had studied a similar case during a seminar.
Two dentists, Zhou Gi and Shi Gengsheng, were called. They arrived at the hospital half an hour after the man was sent in.
They brought a dental drill, a high-speed engine that rotates 200,000 to 300,000 times per minute.
'The dental engine also has a high-pressure water cooler to reduce the heat caused by the drilling,' said Zhou.
The rescue team tested the dental drill on a wrench from the firefighters' tool box before carrying out on the man.
The man was freed after a 30-minute operation by the two dentists. No further injuries were reported.

Notorious paedophile killed himself after inmates took out 'contracts' on him, inquest hears
One of the UK’s most notorious paedophiles killed himself in his prison cell after fellow inmates took out “contracts” to attack him, an inquest has heard.
James King, who was also known as Robin Hollyson, was just four months into a 24-year sentence for filming himself raping a three-month old baby when he was found unconscious in his cell at HMP Bristol in January.
He was rushed to Southmead Hospital in the city where he died two days later.
Two suicide notes were found at the scene but suspicions were raised when his cellmate, Cona Ellis, was found “covered in blood” and wearing King’s watch.
Ellis, who raised the alarm, told police that he was asleep and had been woken by “gargling noises” but it was later alleged that he had told prison officer Mike Simmonds he had watched King hang himself but had no involvement.
No charges have been filed and Avon and Somerset Police have deemed the death non-suspicious.
Fellow prisoner John Denham told the jury inquest at Avon Coroners Court that inmates had been taking out “contracts” to hurt King and had threatened to pour hot water on him or give him a “black eye or two”.
His mother, Deborah Wyatt, also gave a statement saying the former IT worker was subject to verbal bullying by the other prisoners and said he feared he may be attacked with a sugar and hot water solution – known as sugaring – which can cause painful burns, the Bristol Post reported.
During one visit, she said he had told her one of his co-defendants had been sugared and he “suggested to us that the attack on Matthew was intended for him”.
King was one of a group of men who were convicted for abusing babies and very young children and distributing the pictures online in October 2015.
The court heard that King had suffered from anxiety and depression which got worse due to the press coverage of his conviction and he had previously attempted suicide.
But the prison chaplain said the 31-year-old had been more positive up until his death after he began bible classes and got a prison job.
After four hours of deliberation the jury recorded a verdict of suicide.
